Our latest round of updates allows you to: 

• Fully automate the onboarding and equipping of users with our HRIS Integration
• Set rental terms per equipment category to match your company needs

Here’s an overview of the latest releases:

Update #1 - HRIS Automation

You can now fully automate the process of importing and equipping users on the Hofy platform for a seamless onboarding flow. 

With our new HRIS Rules Engine, you can automatically import and invite users from your HRIS to the relevant Hofy team (e.g. Automatically add new members from your HRIS ‘Engineering’ team from the UK, USA and France to the ‘Engineering Spec’ team in Hofy).

Set rules to match your business needs - and we’ll take care of the rest. 

Update #2 - Eleven New Countries Live

We’re committed to supporting our customers wherever they hire. We’re continuously adding new countries to the Hofy platform.

You can now order laptops and other equipment directly on the Hofy platform to:

Update #3 - Set rental terms by equipment category

We realise that you may have different contract preferences for different pieces of equipment. For instance, you may wish to rent laptops on shorter contracts than other pieces of equipment, as research suggests a 2-year upgrade cycle sees the largest Return on Investment.

You can now set different rental terms for different categories of Hofy equipment.

You can set rental terms at an organisation level, or customise them for each team. 

Update #4 - Control your notification alerts

As a manager, you want to understand what’s happening with equipping your new hires. With the new email notification controls, you can control the level of communication you receive about the progress of the onboarding flow.
